Transferred money to the wrong person?
- If you know the recipient, please reach out to them directly to request the return of the funds.
- If you don't know the recipient or can't reach them, contact us through one of the email addresses below, or feel free to visit the nearest branch:

Received money by mistake?
- Check for notifications if you've received any communication from the Bank about an erroneous transfer.
- If you've been informed of an incorrect transfer into your account, please contact us through one of the email addresses below to authorize us to reverse the transaction back to the sender.

Provided incorrect account details for a transfer?
- The sender should contact their bank to request a recall of the funds, given that the recipient has not yet received the payment. This recall process is only applicable for international transfers.
- The bank will keep the sender updated on the status of the recall request.
Note: As you are neither the sender nor the recipient, you cannot request a recall directly.

What if the recipient refuses to return the funds?
- We will do our best to mediate, but the recipient must voluntarily agree to return the funds and provide an official consent.
- If the transfer was a mistake and the recipient is uncooperative, you might consider filing a police report.
